Menopause is not just a phase — it’s a profound physiological transition that deserves informed, thoughtful care. Too many women experience menopause symptoms that are dismissed, rushed, or labeled as 'normal,' making them feel they simply have to live with them. At Samantha G Wellness, menopause care is different. Here, you are heard, and your symptoms are taken seriously. Our approach to integrative women's health ensures that your care is guided by evidence, experience, and empathy, including options like hormone therapy when appropriate.
I’m Samantha Gomolka, PA-C, MSCP, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with advanced training in hormone therapy and integrative women's health. My approach blends evidence-based medicine with adjunctive integrative options, always tailored to your history, goals, and comfort level. No matter where you are in your menopause journey, care is individualized, never one-size-fits-all. Common menopause symptoms I help women address include:
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Sleep disruption and fatigue
- Mood changes, anxiety, or irritability
- Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
- Weight gain and metabolic changes
- Low libido and vaginal or urinary symptoms
- A sense of not feeling like yourself anymore
Menopause care works best when it is compassionate, relational, and intentional. At Samantha G Wellness, visits are longer and conversation-driven. Hormone therapy is offered thoughtfully and safely, with non-hormonal options discussed when appropriate. Education is prioritized so you understand your body and choices, and care evolves as your body responds, not just at one visit. This is not a quick prescription and goodbye. It’s a partnership.
Hormone therapy is a process that involves your body changing, adapting, and responding over time, particularly during the early months. That's why our menopause care program is designed as a comprehensive care pathway, rather than isolated appointments. It is not about 'chasing youth'; instead, it focuses on integrative women's health by supporting quality of life, alleviating menopause symptoms, and ensuring long-term health when appropriate. During your visit, we will review your symptom profile and priorities, medical history and risk factors, evidence-based benefits and risks, and both hormonal and non-hormonal options. Together, we will decide what makes the most sense for you.
We operate as a cash-pay appointment practice, allowing for thorough and compassionate menopause care. Please note that while our practice is cash-pay, laboratory testing and medications sent to commercial pharmacies may be covered by your insurance, depending on your individual plan and benefits. We will assist you in identifying the most cost-effective route for procuring your medication, whether it is cash pay, coupon-based, or through traditional co-pay coverage. A medical receipt or 'super bill' will be provided after each appointment, which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement if you choose.
During a 60-minute visit, we focus on your complete history, symptoms, goals, and risk profile. We discuss options for hormone therapy, explore non-hormonal alternatives, and create a personalized plan tailored to address menopause symptoms within the framework of integrative women's health.
This early phase of hormone therapy allows for closer follow-up, symptom review, and dose adjustments as your body adapts to the treatment, particularly in managing menopause symptoms. $100/month (first 2 months) for integrative women's health.
3-Month Follow-Up for hormone therapy — $200
6-Month Follow-Up for integrative women's health — $200
Additional Visits to address menopause symptoms - $200
