Samantha Gomolka, PA-C, MSCP is a nationally trained and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner specializing in evidence-based, integrative menopause care and midlife women’s health. She is the founder of Samantha G Wellness, a practice dedicated to helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered during one of the most misunderstood transitions of their lives.
With a clinical background spanning gastroenterology, dermatology, and advanced hormone optimization, Samantha brings a uniquely comprehensive lens to menopause care, connecting hormones, metabolism, gut health, mood, sleep, and overall quality of life. Her approach is rooted in science, guided by clinical experience, and delivered with empathy.
Samantha’s passion for menopause medicine is deeply personal. After navigating cancer treatment and experiencing the profound impact of hormone disruption firsthand, she became determined to change how women are supported during midlife. She understands what it feels like to be dismissed, rushed, or told that symptoms are “just part of aging”—and she built her practice to be the opposite of that experience.
At Samantha G Wellness, visits are intentionally longer and conversation-driven. Samantha believes that excellent menopause care starts with listening: understanding a woman’s history, goals, fears, and priorities before ever discussing prescriptions. She partners with her patients to create individualized treatment plans that may include hormone therapy, targeted supplementation, lifestyle optimization, and integrative therapies, always grounded in current evidence and tailored to the individual.
Samantha is known for her ability to translate complex medical information into clear, practical guidance, empowering women to make confident decisions about their health. Her patients often describe feeling heard for the first time and leaving visits with clarity, reassurance, and a plan that finally makes sense.
Through her work, Samantha aims to redefine menopause care—moving away from rushed visits and outdated narratives, and toward thoughtful, informed, and compassionate medicine. She believes menopause is not an ending, but a recalibration - and with the right support, women can navigate this transition stronger, healthier, and fully themselves.
