We help women do more than get through menopause, we help them thrive. Through personalized, hormone-focused care and simple, sustainable changes, we support women in feeling balanced, confident, and like themselves again.
Our approach is to support women with personalized, hormone-focused care that helps them feel more like themselves again. We focus on small, realistic changes—the kind that fit into real life—that can make a powerful difference in hormonal health, daily energy, relationships, and overall well-being.
We start by listening to your symptoms, concerns, and goals. From there, we create a personalized plan.
Our goal is simple: to help you feel better in your body, more present in your relationships, and confident in this next chapter without pressure, extremes, or outdated stereotypes.
Thoughtful, evidence-based menopause care designed around you. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), I provide comprehensive evaluation and personalized treatment including hormone replacement therapy, addressing symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, brain fog, fatigue, and changes in libido. Care is grounded in science, supported by integrative options, and delivered through compassionate, conversation-driven visits.
Weight changes in midlife are not a willpower problem, they’re a physiology problem. Our menopause-focused weight optimization approach addresses metabolic shifts using evidence-based strategies, including GLP-1 medications, targeted peptide therapies, and lifestyle support, with the goal of improving body composition, energy, and metabolic health, not just the number on the scale.
Wellness coaching offers compassionate, non-medical support for navigating complex health transitions. Through education, personalized guidance, and integrative strategies, individuals gain confidence in symptom management, healthcare navigation, and self-advocacy, feeling informed, supported, and empowered through every stage of their journey.
Monthly education and resources to help you THRIVE through your menopause journey!

I offer both medical services and non-medical wellness coaching, depending on your needs and location. Services include:
Each service has a clearly defined scope to ensure ethical, compliant, and high-quality care.
Medical care involves diagnosis, prescriptions, laboratory testing, and ongoing clinical responsibility and is available only in states where medical licensure is held.
Wellness coaching is non-medical and focuses on education, lifestyle support, habit-building, and accountability. Coaching does not include diagnosis, medical treatment plans, lab interpretation, or prescription management. Both services are valuable — they simply serve different purposes.
No. All services are private pay. Medical visit fees are not billed to insurance. Laboratory testing and medications sent to commercial pharmacies may be covered by insurance depending on your individual plan.
Private pay care allows for longer visits, personalized attention, and freedom from insurance-driven limitations. It also allows clear separation between medical care and non-medical coaching services.
Medical Menopause Care may include:
This is appropriate for individuals seeking hormone therapy or prescription-based treatment.
At this time, medical care is limited to states where licensure is active. If you live outside those states, Wellness Coaching options may still be available.
Wellness coaching is not a substitute for medical care and is not designed to support prescription management, hormone dosing, or medical decision-making.
Clients who are receiving prescriptions through another medical practice should continue all medication-related questions with their prescribing provider.
Wellness Coaching is a non-medical, education-based service focused on lifestyle support, behavior change, mindset, and accountability. It is designed to help clients feel more informed, supported, and empowered — without medical treatment. Wellness Coaching is ideal for individuals who:

This policy applies to both medical visits and coaching sessions.

Yes, as long as the request is made more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are treated as late cancellations.
What if I'm late to an appointment?
